Our Services offer general wellness, coaching, and fitness-related advice. This does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed medical professional for any medical concerns. By using our Services, you confirm that you have consulted your doctor and have been cleared to perform exercises and movements prescribed by The Rewired Body™.

VH360 App Usage

All treatments are administered through the VH360 App. As a condition of service, users must also consent to VH360's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in addition to this Agreement.

Section 4

Data Collection & Privacy

We collect the following personal information:

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Phone number
• (Optional) Date of Birth
• (Optional) Pain symptoms
• (Optional) Medical history if voluntarily disclosed

This data is used to:

• Communicate essential updates, events, and appointment reminders via text and email
• Personalize your care plan
• Maintain your account and provide services

Your data is stored securely and only shared as required for service delivery or compliance. We do not sell your information.

Section 5

Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related communication via SMS and email, including reminders, alerts, and updates about your wellness programs or account.

Section 6

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Section 7

Payments and Subscriptions

You agree to pay all applicable fees for Services rendered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance of the next billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe).

Refund Policy: All purchases, bookings, subscriptions, and packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Cash-Pay Only Notice: Services provided by The Rewired Body™ are cash-pay only. We do not bill or interact with insurance companies, and services should not be considered reimbursable by any payer.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on our site and services, including videos, written materials, and branding under "The Rewired Body™" is owned by The Rewired Body Holistic Physical Therapy LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission.

Section 9

Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party websites (e.g., VH360). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or terms on those external platforms.

Section 10

Release of Liability

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Rewired Body Holistic Physical Therapy LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of your participation in any Services.

Section 11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rewired Body Holistic Physical Therapy LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

Section 13

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. The Rewired Body Holistic Physical Therapy LLC is a registered LLC in the state of California.
